Clariba, for me, is like family.
It is a multi-cultural, multi-national company where I have had the chance to grow both technically and functionally. I have learned about different cultures by working closely with my peers and colleagues. The best thing about Clariba is that once you are Clariba, you will always be Clariba family. Why am I saying this? I’m still in touch with Clariba Alumni, and they are still my mentors. They guide me, and it is like a friendship-brotherhood kind of relationship that I have with them.
My career has pretty much been like a roller coaster ride. A ride where you are scared at the start, but you end up enjoying it so much that you want to have another round of it. I started as a rookie, with no experience in the analytics field and making reports and dashboards. Since then, I have worked in six different countries and three different departments in such a short period. I have worked in technologies that I had never imagined I would.
Currently, I am working in business development and sales, which is the opposite of where I started my career. I have reached a point where I am considered an expert in the field.
I don’t think there is any place other than Clariba that would support my growth ambitions while aligning them to organizational strategy and would give me so many opportunities to move around and find the perfect balance of what I want.
My recommendation for new joiners is to bring themself in. Clariba is a company with a flat hierarchy. Here you can explore your interest, find what you want, and pursue that!
