I joined Clariba in 2016 as an intern and since then I have continued to grow with the help of my colleagues and friends. I am most grateful to my line manager who broke manners and suddenly they become common.
One of the things I like the most is that we are part of a family. We are working in a good environment, it’s funny when we gather for the lounge time, or the coffee breaks. Also, we are doing a lot of activities in the office or outside, for example cycling, which is one of my hobbies.
My advice for new joiners is to enjoy your job, it is the most important. Here at Clariba everyone has a lot of opportunities, in the technical skills and soft skills, but the most important thing is to enjoy what you are doing.
