Technology Disruptor – Recognition for our customer co-innovation journey
If the current pandemic has made one thing clear, it is that organizations must become more agile and must be able to reimagine its business model, while at the same time count on resilient digital business processes and continuously course correct with operational and customer experience insights gained through real-time analytics.
When the executive team at Clariba created its 2020 Plan three years ago, we certainly did not foresee the acceleration of digital disruption that would be caused by current events. In our 2020 Plan the Clariba team had set out to transition to recurring revenue streams for cloud-based frameworks and solutions based on our intellectual property (IP), but more importantly to actively deliver co-innovation with our customers to help digitize, transform data-driven processes and create new business models.
Since then we have brought to life our customer co-innovation h@cker program; our act·in | frameworks and act·in | solutions, which aim to ensure customers faster innovation cycles by combining SAP Cloud Platform with our IP packaged capabilities. Our latest solution act·in | genie allows C-level executives to visualize their key corporate metrics from any source on their mobile phones – anywhere, anytime – with minimal IT intervention and without a time-consuming and costly data warehouse.
Over the past years, we have gradually shifted Clariba towards building the key organizational and technical capabilities required to drive innovation and hereby help customers digitize their processes with data-driven actionable insights. Now at the height of this pandemic, we are not only prepared, but we are ready to shift gears and accelerate this process together with our ecosystem and our customers.
2020 to date has been a challenging year with personal and professional hardships for the entire Clariba team. Receiving the prestigious SAP Innovation Award 2020 is a very welcome recognition during these times for the entire team. It is a prize that lifts our spirits, that recognizes the amazing team that make up Clariba, and at the same time confirms and strengthens our commitment to continue co-innovating with our amazing current and future customers towards mutual success.
